About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive – E-commerce Platforms to join our team. If you are someone who can take ownership of tasks, stay organized, and keep operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon account claims and issue resolutions.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on replacements, returns, and other key metrics.

• Oversee operations management across multiple e-commerce platforms.

• Work closely with management to ensure smooth functioning of two different company accounts.

• Track and monitor returns/replacements and coordinate with teams for timely closure.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Amazon and other e-commerce platforms (preferred).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, dashboards).

• Proficiency in Google Sheets for collaborative reporting.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
