Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Six days)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Lead (LD) to oversee lease management, direct portal compliance, lead financial reconciliations, and drive operational efficiency across our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities • Lease Abstraction & Data Integration: Lead high-level research and extraction of critical lease terms (rent structures, tenure, renewal clauses, contingent obligations) with zero-error precision into master systems. • Portal Governance & Compliance: Supervise end-to-end portal administration, including document archiving, ACH configurations, and system updates aligned with financial data. • Financial Oversight & Discrepancy Analysis: Spearhead complex financial cross-validations between landlord invoices, external ledgers, and accounting systems. Deliver root-cause variance analyses directly to leadership. • Post-Reconciliation Oversight: Authorize and execute approved rent adjustments within property management portals to maintain perfect alignment between tenant billing and landlord disbursements. • Centralized Documentation Strategy: Direct the organization, digitization, and auditing of leasing repositories to maintain structured, controlled access protocols. • Stakeholder & Landlord Relations: Act as the primary liaison for critical landlord communications, handling elevated inquiries, billing negotiations, and documentation workflow. • Rep Housing Sourcing: Guide accommodation sourcing strategy using Zillow, Realtor.com, and local platforms to align rep housing with company policy and budgets. • Inbox & Workflow Delegation: Supervise the centralized leasing inbox, delegating strategic action items across Finance, Maintenance, Legal, and executive teams. • Team Guidance & Strategic Support: Mentor junior coordinators and execute high-priority administrative and operational projects as directed by senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in real estate leasing administration, property management coordination, or financial lease analysis, with demonstrated team leadership or workflow supervision capabilities. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline. • Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency for high-level interaction with US landlords, property managers, and internal directors. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills (data modeling, nested formulas, lookup structures) and direct experience with property management platforms. • Core Competencies: Superior analytical capabilities, rigorous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of managing multi-threaded workflows under strict deadlines.

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
