About the Role

In this role, you will take ownership of high‑stakes projects, ensuring timely and flawless implementation for top‑tier banks. You will work directly with customers, leading end‑to‑end delivery of AdalFi’s solutions and be part of a collaborative team driving innovation in financial workflows. You will play a critical role in optimizing banking operations, customer experiences, and product delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Leadership: Lead all implementation phases, including pre‑UAT, UAT, production deployments, and post‑go‑live support.

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• UAT Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee UAT sessions with banks, resolving issues and ensuring readiness for production.

• Issue Resolution: Proactively track and resolve technical and operational issues, escalating when necessary.

• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to enhance delivery.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members, helping them grow and succeed.
