Position: IT Support Intern
Role Overview As an IT Support Intern, you’ll assist our team with day-to-day technical support and gain practical exposure to computer systems, software, hardware, and basic networking in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities • Provide basic technical support to employees. • Troubleshoot common computer, software, printer, and connectivity issues. • Assist with hardware and software installation and setup. • Support basic user account and system-related requests. • Maintain basic IT records and documentation. • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff. • Assist the IT team with routine technical tasks and other learning opportunities.
What We’re Looking For • Basic understanding of computers, Windows, hardware, software, and networking. • Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues. • Good problem-solving and communication skills. • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. • Proactive, responsible, and positive attitude. • Final-year students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
