Job Title: Assistant Manager – Retail Sales

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client relationships across retail and industrial segments

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline

• Minimum 4-5 years of proven Retail Sales experience

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets

• Willingness to learn technical aspects of Powder Metal products
