Manager – Maintenance Engineering

About the Role

We are hiring a Manager Maintenance Engineering to lead our maintenance operations, overseeing electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineering professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities • Lead and manage the maintenance engineering function, ensuring optimal performance of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across a diverse range of equipment • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments and external partners/vendors • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime • Supervise and mentor the maintenance team

Qualifications & Preferences • BE in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline is required • 5+ years of proven maintenance management experience, with hands-on expertise in electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems is mandatory • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a diverse range of electronic and mechanical systems • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to coordinate effectively across departments and with external partners

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
