AIMS School Karachi is hiring Female Teaching Staff for our Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary, and O’ Levels sections across multiple subjects.
We are looking for dedicated teachers who can create an engaging, structured, and respectful learning environment and support students in achieving their academic potential.

English Teacher

Mathematics Teacher

Chemistry, Bio and Physics Teachers (Multiple)
• Grades IX & X
Computer Teacher
• Grades 6 to 8
• Grades 9 – 10
Science Teacher
• Grades VI & VII
SST / Pakistan Studies Teacher
• Grades VI – X
Montessori Directress
• Pre-Primary Section
• AMI, LMI, PMI, or Montessori-trained Directresses from any recognized institute
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Deliver engaging and effective classroom lessons.
• Implement the structured curriculum accurately and on time.
• Encourage interactive, hands-on, and problem-based learning.
• Conduct assessments, check papers, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student discipline.
• Provide a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment.
• Monitor and support students’ academic progress.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Strong subject knowledge and command of the relevant curriculum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good classroom management skills.
• Strong understanding of modern teaching methods and educational practices.
• Commitment to students’ academic and personal development.
