Role Description The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging English language lessons to learners, ensuring that curriculum objectives and learning outcomes are met. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mānsehra, involving planning and preparing lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The teacher will design and adapt instructional materials, facilitate classroom activities, and maintain an inclusive, respectful learning environment. Daily responsibilities include monitoring student performance, supporting individual learning needs, collaborating with colleagues on academic initiatives, and participating in school events and training sessions aligned with Alkhidmat’s educational mission.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with a solid understanding of language instruction and pedagogy.

• Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including the ability to design structured lesson plans and align activities with curriculum goals.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, enabling clear instruction, active listening, and positive engagement with students, colleagues, and families.

• Relevant academic qualification in English, Education, or a related field (e.g., Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) is preferred.

• Prior experience teaching English in a classroom or educational setting is highly beneficial.

• Ability to manage classrooms, work collaboratively in a team, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.

• Familiarity with modern teaching methods, student-centered learning, and basic educational technology is an advantage.
