Senior Relationship Officer Corporate Banking

Key Responsibilities • Assist RM/ARM in customer relationship management and associated tasks including credit analysis / bank’s credit appraisal, legal documentation, periodic reporting, liaison with various internal departments; • Develop relationships with relevant staff of corporate obligors; • Assist RM/ARM and liaison with Corporate Branch to ensure timely and effective delivery of corporate solutions; • Assist the senior relationship team in maximizing trade business, loan book, spreads, commission earnings and cross sell business (consumer banking, cash management / ancillary business & deposits); • Support the senior team in internal, external and SBP audits; • Work on ABL’s internal systems like LOS; • Ensure internal guidelines and procedures are strictly followed in order to protect bank’s interest, avoid losses due to documentation problems and objections by internal, external and auditors; • Conduct obligor/ plant visits wherever required; • Any other assignment assigned by line management as and when desired.

Qualification & Skills Level Required • Preferably Masters but at least Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification from reputed university; • Motivational, team building, interpersonal, management, and communication skills; • Ability to work under pressure, problem solving and decision-making skills; • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations and other banking policies, procedures; • Good understanding of financial statement analysis, corporate finance and other financial/banking products; • Well versed in MS office.

Experience

Preferably 1-to-3-year experience in relevant field.
