🚀 We’re Hiring | Implementation Specialist

AMFCO International is looking for talented and driven Implementation Specialists to join our growing team.

We are seeking professionals with a strong educational background, relevant industry experience, and a passion for delivering technology solutions to enterprise clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of AMFCO’s software solutions for banking and financial institution clients

• Engage with banking stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex business and regulatory requirements into functional system solutions

• Coordinate closely with client teams, core banking units, IT departments, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Oversee system configuration, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities

• Prepare detailed functional specifications, implementation documentation, user manuals, and client-facing reports

• Conduct structured training sessions for bank users and ensure effective knowledge transfer

• Identify implementation risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with banking standards and timelines

🎓 What We’re Looking For • Master’s degree (required) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in software/ERP/fintech implementation, business analysis, or enterprise banking application deployment • Prior experience working with banks, financial institutions, or core banking systems is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of banking operations, financial workflows, and software implementation lifecycle

• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively across technical teams and senior banking stakeholders

• Familiarity with fintech solutions, regulatory environments, and enterprise banking platforms will be a strong advantage
