Retail Store Manager

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our padel sports retail store in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with a premium sports brand.

Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning • Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability • Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation • Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis • Implement promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety standards

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in retail management (sports or lifestyle brand preferred) • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication, English Spoken and interpersonal abilities • Sales-driven mindset with strong analytical skills • Passion for sports (padel/tennis/fitness is a plus) • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Skills • Experience in premium or sports retail brands • Knowledge of padel equipment and accessories • Customer relationship management skills

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Experience: • Retail Sales Manager: 5 years (Required) • Retail Software Issue: 3 years (Preferred)

Language: • Professional English (Required)

Willingness to travel: • 50% (Preferred)
