BA Lead

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications.

Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and QA teams to define project scope and objectives.

Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, process maps, and system requirements.

Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments for new initiatives and system enhancements.

Collaborate with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

Assist in solution design discussions and provide business and technical recommendations.

Support testing activities by preparing test scenarios, validating deliverables, and ensuring requirements are met.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Requirements bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system integration, and software delivery processes.

Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and technical documentation.

Familiarity with databases, APIs, and system workflows.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms is a plus. Preferred Skills Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non technical stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills. Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process optimization.
