Role Description The Faculty Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division.

The Faculty

Member will deliver classroom and lab-based instruction in IT-related subjects, following Aptech’s curriculum and quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, designing learning activities, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback and academic support.

Member will also guide learners on certification pathways, support workplace skills development, and participate in workshops, exams, and academic events. Collaboration with other faculty and center management to continuously improve teaching practices and student outcomes is expected. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core IT domains (such as software development, hardware, and networking) and ability to teach foundational and advanced concepts.

• Proficiency in relevant tools, technologies, or platforms (for example, Microsoft, Google, or Red Hat technologies) and familiarity with industry certifications.

• Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student evaluation.

• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse learner groups.

• Ability to support students’ professional development through guidance on workplace skills, interview preparation, and career pathways.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced certifications or higher degrees are an advantage.

• Prior experience in academic or vocational training environments is preferred; industry experience in IT is beneficial.
