Position: Retail Sales Executive

Salary: Basic Minimum Rs.50,000+ (Depending on Exp.), & commission

Aroma 24/7 is looking for a Retail Sales Executive to manage in-store sales and brand presence at our New Islamabad Outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and promote Aroma 24/7 products at the retail outlet

· Ensure strong brand visibility and product placement

· Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge

· Maintain stock display, cleanliness, and basic reporting

· Coordinate with management for sales updates and market feedback

· Manage deliveries and payments.

Requirements:

· Intermediate (Graduation preferred)

· Retail sales experience preferred, especially in scents.

· Good communication and customer-handling skills

· Self-motivated and sales-oriented

· Able to work on-site, full-time

· Must have a bike (For Males)

Salary & Benefits:

· Salary: Rs.50,000+ (Depending on experience)

· Fuel allowance.

· Medical Insurance Facility.

· In-store commission.
