Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Expert to provide on-site technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot laptops, printers, mouse, chargers, and other IT equipment • Resolve software, hardware, and basic network-related issues • Install Windows OS and configure systems and applications • Manage internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and related technical issues • Provide on-site technical support to employees • Ensure systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime • Coordinate with vendors when required • Handle purchasing of laptops, mouse, chargers, and other IT-related equipment

Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science, or relevant hands-on experience • Strong experience with Windows operating systems • Basic knowledge of networking (LAN / Wi-Fi) • Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills • Ability to provide quick and effective on-site support • Good communication and problem-solving skills
