Policy Implementation Lead - Banking & Governance

ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Limited is seeking a senior Policy & Governance Lead to develop and implement bank-wide policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks. You will coordinate with risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams to ensure effective policy adoption and regulatory alignment.

The role requires 6–8 years in banking policy work, with strong SBP regulatory knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
