Customer Premises Associate

Location: Wah Cantt / Taxila Salary: PKR 40,000 per month

We are hiring Customer Premises Associates to install and troubleshoot internet services at customer premises.

Requirements: • Fresh candidates with a 3-year Diploma (DAE) in IT, Electronics, Electrical, or Telecom • Own motorcycle with a valid driving license is mandatory • Good communication and customer handling skills • Willing to work in the field

Key Responsibilities: • Install and configure internet connections at customer premises • Troubleshoot internet, modem, and connectivity issues • Perform maintenance and service visits • Ensure quality installation and customer satisfaction • Prepare installation and service reports

Required Skills: • Basic networking and internet troubleshooting • Knowledge of fiber and telecom equipment • Problem-solving and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
