Engineering & Development Executive

We're looking for a dynamic Engineering & Development Executive to support design, development, and continuous improvement of production processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining tools and dies in line with production needs. • Prepare and update CAD drawings, technical documents, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). • Coordinate with vendors for development activities and follow-ups. • Support trials, testing, and implementation of new developments. • Maintain records of engineering activities, tooling, and documentation. • Collaborate with production and quality teams for process improvement. • Ensure compliance with QHSE and ISO standards.

Qualifications & Experience: • Education: B.Tech - Mechanical. • Experience: 2 years relevant experience in engineering design & product development.

Key Skills: • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Basic CAD proficiency (AutoCAD or similar). • Ability to manage tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
