Senior Program Manager – Banking & Digital Transformation

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale banking, technology, and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, or large enterprises, managing complex programs, multiple vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end enterprise technology and transformation programs. • Define program strategy, roadmap, governance, milestones, and success criteria. • Manage multiple projects, workstreams, vendors, and implementation partners. • Engage with C-level executives, business heads, technology leaders, and steering committees. • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources, and timelines. • Ensure delivery meets business, quality, security, and regulatory requirements. • Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making, conflict resolution, and change management. • Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, and outcomes. Skills • 12 years of professional experience with significant program management experience. • Strong background in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or large enterprises. • Experience managing large-scale technology/digital transformation programs. • Proven multi-vendor and cross-functional team management experience. • Strong executive stakeholder and governance experience. • Excellent skills in program management, risk management, budgeting, negotiation, and communication. • Banking technology experience in Digital Banking, Payments, Core Banking, Channels, or Enterprise Transformation is highly preferred. Certifications • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field. • Master's degree and certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe are preferred. Ideal Candidate A mature, strategic, and commercially aware leader with strong banking domain knowledge, executive presence, governance expertise, and the ability to own complex transformation programs from initiation to successful delivery.
