Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in flight ticketing and reservations • Mandatory hands-on experience with GDS • Strong knowledge of airline fares, fare rules, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet assigned targets • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate booking records
