Key Responsibilities

Site supervision and daily construction monitoring.

Foundation layout, excavation and PCC work.

Steel reinforcement and shuttering inspections.

Basement construction and waterproofing.

RCC columns, beams, slabs and structural work.

Brick masonry, DPC and plaster work.

Electrical and plumbing coordination.

Finishing, flooring, paint and ceiling work.

Quality control and material management.

Ensure all construction work follows approved architectural and structural drawings.

Daily progress reports and labour management.

Coordination with architects, structural engineers and contractors.

Requirements

DAE Civil / BS Civil Engineering.

Relevant residential construction site experience.

Strong knowledge of architectural and structural drawings.

Experience in basement and multi-storey construction.

Good site management and communication skills.

Ability to manage labour, materials and project timelines.
