Role Description The Relationship Manager Auto Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with auto finance customers, including prospecting new clients, responding to inquiries, and providing guidance on auto loan products and services.
The Relationship
Manager will evaluate customer needs, assist with loan applications, ensure compliance with credit policies, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement of auto finance cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving sales and portfolio growth targets, conducting market visits and dealer engagements, monitoring portfolio performance and customer satisfaction, and preparing regular reports for management. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of bank policies, regulatory requirements, and market trends in auto finance. Qualifications
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities, particularly in retail banking or auto finance products.
• Knowledge to process through Digital Banking
• Knowledge of credit evaluation, risk assessment, and compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in basic financial analysis, documentation review, and operational coordination for loan processing.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in auto finance, consumer lending, or retail banking is highly preferred; familiarity with the Karachi market is beneficial.
