Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bank Teller role located in the Karachi Division.

The Bank

Teller will be responsible for routine banking operations, including processing customer transactions, managing cash deposits and withdrawals, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves promoting excellent customer service, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory and ethical banking standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Teller Operations, including handling cash transactions and deposits accurately

• Strong Cash Handling skills with a focus on attention to detail and organizational efficiency

• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

• Customer Service skills with the ability to address client inquiries and provide solutions promptly

• Working knowledge of Shariah-compliant banking practices is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
