Role Description The Operations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Naushahro Feroze District, responsible for supporting branch operations and ensuring smooth, compliant banking processes. This role includes handling day-to-day transaction processing, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records in line with Islamic banking guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The Operations

Officer will monitor operational workflows, assist in cash management and account services, and coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues. The role also involves providing courteous service to customers, addressing operational queries, and helping implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk control. The individual will adhere to bank policies, support audits, and contribute to a consistently high standard of operational excellence. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and a good understanding of finance to interpret data, assess risks, and support sound operational decisions.

• Candidates should possess operations management skills to oversee branch processes, ensure compliance, and maintain service quality.

• Candidates should ideally have knowledge of Islamic banking principles and regulatory requirements applicable to Pakistan.

• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field, along with proficiency in basic computer applications and core banking systems.

• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work in a structured, customer-focused environment.
