About the Role

Bizdaar LLC is looking for energetic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation & Telemarketing Executives. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who want to develop practical skills in lead generation, telemarketing, sales communication, and client outreach.

Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers and business prospects.

• Introduce Bizdaar's services professionally.

• Generate new leads through calls and other outreach methods.

• Ask relevant questions to understand prospect requirements.

• Identify interested and qualified prospects.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Schedule meetings or pass qualified leads to the relevant team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Meet assigned daily and monthly outreach targets.

• Work closely with the sales and business development team.

Requirements

• Education: Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor's degree.

• Experience: Freshers to 1 year.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Basic English communication ability.

• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.

• Basic computer and internet skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work toward daily and monthly targets.

• Punctual, hardworking, and responsible.

Previous telemarketing or sales experience is not required. What We Offer
