Brand Republic is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy building scalable web applications, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with designers and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

You'll be involved in the complete software development lifecycle, from translating UI/UX designs into responsive interfaces to developing secure back-end systems and APIs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies

• Build clean, reusable, and scalable code following industry best practices

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, user-friendly interfaces

• Design, manage, and optimize databases for performance and security

• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize application speed, and improve system reliability

• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation

• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Web Development

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js

• Hands-on experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js & Express.js, Laravel (PHP), Django (Python), or ASP.NET

• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, version control, and deployment workflows

• Understanding of authentication, security, and web application best practices

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline

• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, or modern deployment practices is a plus

• Previous agency or software house experience will be an added advantage
