About the Role

Brand Republic is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Intern to support our company's digital presence and content requirements for client brands.

You'll help plan social media content, write engaging copy, develop creative campaign ideas, and organize content calendars. From brainstorming concepts for our in-house branding to developing content for clients across different industries, you'll gain hands-on experience in content marketing and social media management.

We're looking for someone who enjoys writing, understands social media culture, and can turn ideas into content that fits a brand's voice and connects with its audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging social media captions, marketing copy, promotional content, and website content.

• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for in-house and client social media accounts.

• Brainstorm creative ideas for posts, Reels, carousels, campaigns, and brand awareness activities.

• Research client industries, target audiences, competitors, and trending topics to identify content opportunities.

• Plan and adapt content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Develop creative hooks, post concepts, and basic scripts for Reels and short-form videos.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to execute content ideas.

• Assist with scheduling, publishing, and maintaining consistency across social media accounts.

• Adapt tone, messaging, and content formats according to different brand identities and campaign objectives.

• Proofread and refine content to ensure good grammar, clarity, and brand consistency.

• Track social media trends and suggest ideas to improve content quality and audience engagement.

Requirements

• 0–6 months of relevant experience in content writing, social media, content marketing, or digital marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong English writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.

• Ability to write engaging captions, marketing copy, and short-form digital content.

• Creative thinking and an interest in social media trends, branding, and digital campaigns.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and how brands use content to engage audiences.

• Interest in content calendars, social media planning, and managing multiple content requirements.

• Strong research, proofreading, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to collaborate with designers, video editors, and other team members.

• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or social media scheduling tools is a plus.

Portfolio, writing samples, or examples of content you've created are an advantage. University assignments, personal projects, freelance work, and social media pages can also demonstrate your skills.

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
