Manager Banking & Treasury

Role Description

The Manager – Banking & Treasury will oversee banking, cash management, liquidity, and treasury operations across a multi-location U.S. gas station and convenience-store business. The role will ensure effective cash flow, accurate store deposits and payment settlements, strong banking controls, and efficient use of company funds.

Key Responsibilities • Manage daily cash positions, liquidity, and cash-flow forecasting. • Oversee store cash deposits, collections, and deposit discrepancies. • Monitor and reconcile POS, credit/debit card, fuel-card, fleet-card, and ACH settlements. • Manage multiple bank accounts, fund transfers, ACH payments, and wire transactions. • Maintain relationships with banks, payment processors, and cash-management providers. • Monitor banking and merchant fees and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Ensure liquidity for fuel purchases, inventory, payroll, taxes, vendors, and other operating expenses. • Support credit facilities, financing arrangements, and working-capital management. • Maintain strong controls over cash handling, payments, bank access, and fraud prevention. • Oversee bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items and variances. • Prepare cash-flow, liquidity, and treasury reports for senior management. • Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to improve cash-management and treasury processes. • Support audits, compliance, and treasury-related risk management.

Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or financial management. • Experience in U.S. retail, gas stations, convenience stores, fuel, or other multi-location businesses preferred. • Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, reconciliations, and working capital. • Experience with payment processors, fuel/fleet cards, ACH, wire transfers, and multiple bank accounts. • Strong Excel, financial analysis, and reporting skills. • Experience with ERP, POS, banking platforms, or Treasury Management Systems preferred. • Strong understanding of internal controls and fraud prevention. • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • CPA, CFA, CTP, ACCA, CA, MBA, or equivalent is an advantage.

Pay: From Rs250,000.00 per month
