Job Title: MTO Marketing & Customer Care (Management Trainee Officer) Location: Lahore Job Type: Full-Time Qualification: Fresh graduate with BBA/MBA (Marketing specialization) Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Skills: • Strong communication and presentation skills • Creative mindset with an understanding of marketing concepts and customer engagement • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media platforms • Analytical ability to interpret market trends and customer feedback • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities • Team player with a proactive and learning attitude

Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities • Support digital and social media marketing initiatives • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for marketing material and events • Handle customer queries and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance dashboards • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Assist in developing customer engagement and retention strategies • Support branding and communication activities across different platforms
