Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan Shift: Night Shift (Monday – Friday | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) Employment Type: Full-Time

Cipher Digital is expanding its international sales division and is actively hiring ambitious, energetic, and career-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our growing US market operations.

Your Role:
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients in the US market. Your responsibility will be to identify opportunities, engage business owners, and generate qualified appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold-calling activities. • Engage potential clients and introduce our services. • Identify business needs and qualify prospects. • Schedule appointments and consultations for senior sales representatives. • Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities. • Build positive relationships with prospects and represent the company professionally. • Consistently achieve daily and monthly performance goals.
What We're Looking For: Preferred Qualifications
✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Sales (US, UK, or other global campaigns). ✔ Experience in SaaS, B2B, IT Services, Digital Marketing, or Tech Sales is highly preferred. ✔ Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills. ✔ Confidence in handling objections and initiating conversations. ✔ Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented personality. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
