What You Will Do • Medical Records Evaluation: Review and process medical documentation accurately. • Eligibility & Verification: Verify patient insurance benefits and coverage with US healthcare payers. • Claim Management: Generate, review, and submit medical billing claims efficiently. • AR & Follow-ups: Track and follow up on pending claims to optimize accounts receivable and minimize delays. • Process Optimization: Learn and apply industry best practices to streamline billing operations.

What We Are Looking For • Freshers First: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply! • Education: Minimum Intermediate / A-Levels / High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors/Graduation is a plus). • Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English. • Tech-Savvy: Fast learner with good basic computer and analytical skills. • Shift Readiness: Comfortable working the Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
