Frontend / Backend Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Frontend / Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and reliable system performance. This role involves building responsive user interfaces, developing scalable server-side applications, integrating APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

• Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for desktop and mobile platforms.

• Develop scalable server-side applications, business logic, and RESTful APIs.

• Integrate front-end applications with databases, cloud services, and third-party APIs.

• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver software solutions.

• Participate in system architecture, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.

• Design and manage relational or NoSQL database structures and data models.

• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

• Support deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring.

• Prepare technical documentation, API documentation, and development guides.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development best practices.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of software development principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.

• Knowledge of back-end development concepts, server-side programming, and API development.

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and database design principles.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and system integration concepts.

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD concepts is an advantage.

• Understanding of web application security, authentication, and authorization practices.

• Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization methodologies.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
