About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in building client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
• Communicate with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct professional calls and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Present company services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update client information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
• Education: O Levels, A Levels, or equivalent.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Confident, presentable, and professional communication style.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work in an evening/night shift.
