Presales Engineer

Job Location: Gulberg Greens, islamabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage online portals and coordinate customer and vendor registrations. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and coordination skills, with knowledge of the Pakistan and GCC markets being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain customer, client, and vendor registrations across relevant online portals. • Handle company registrations, prequalification, onboarding, and documentation requirements. • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and submit required documents. • Monitor portal activities, registration status, renewals, and deadlines. • Maintain accurate records and databases of customer and vendor registrations. • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and relevant external stakeholders for registration-related matters. • Ensure timely submission of forms, credentials, certificates, and supporting documents. • Research and identify relevant business, customer, and vendor registration portals in Pakistan and GCC markets. • Provide regular updates and reports on registration status and pending requirements. • Support business development and tendering activities through timely portal registrations and documentation.

Requirements: • Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or BBA/MBA preferred; equivalent qualifications may also be considered. • Experience in portal management, customer/vendor registration, business administration, or coordination. • Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills. • Good command of MS Office and online business portals. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple registrations simultaneously. • Knowledge or experience of Pakistan and GCC markets will be a strong advantage. • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
