Job description:

Seeking profiles for the position of Production Engineer for a Plastic Industries located at Sheikhupura Road. • Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with customer demand. • Monitor and improve machine utilization, cycle time, cavity output, OEE, and production efficiency. • Analyze downtime, breakdowns, rejections, and production losses and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, mold maintenance, and quality teams for uninterrupted operations. • Ensure compliance with PET preform quality standards (weight, dimensions, visual defects, IV, color). • Control and monitor Raw material consumption, wastage, and regrind usage. • Supervise mold changeovers, process parameter setting, and machine startup approvals. • Review, check and approve Production reports, Downtime reports, Rejection reports, MIR records, and resin tracking sheets. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, productivity improvement, energy saving). • Ensure shop floor safety, discipline, GMP, and housekeeping standards. • Train, guide, and evaluate operators and assistant operators • Qualification for Experienced: BS/BSC (Mechnical/Electrical) along with 4 to 5 Years relevant experience • Benefits: Market comparative Salary and other benefits are offered. • Location: Sheikhupura ( Tayyaba Industrial Estate)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
