Role Overview
DigyCorp is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager & System Integrator to lead the integrated delivery of a complex global digital transformation programme in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong combination of technical breadth, programme leadership, system integration, executive stakeholder management and global delivery experience.
The successful candidate will act as the central coordination and integration leader across Digital Twin, AI/ML, data, cloud, applications, DevOps, cybersecurity, operational systems and third-party suppliers. This is a senior leadership role requiring the ability to operate confidently with both CXO-level stakeholders and highly technical engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end planning, governance and delivery of a complex, multi-workstream technology programme. • Act as the System Integration lead, ensuring applications, platforms, data, AI/ML, cloud, infrastructure, security and external systems operate as one integrated solution. • Manage programme scope, priorities, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, changes and release readiness. • Coordinate internal technical teams, customer stakeholders, external vendors and technology partners. • Define and enforce integration, architecture, security, interface, data, quality and operational readiness standards. • Provide oversight across Digital Twin, Azure/cloud, AI/ML, data platforms, APIs, DevOps/CI-CD, cybersecurity, IoT/telemetry and enterprise applications. • Challenge technical proposals, identify architectural and integration risks, and translate technical trade-offs into business impacts. • Lead executive governance, steering committees, programme reviews, change control, architecture/security reviews and major escalations. • Provide clear, concise and compelling programme reporting to CXOs and senior leadership. • Drive production readiness including security approvals, testing, monitoring, operational support, release management and knowledge transfer. • Lead multicultural, distributed and cross-functional teams while creating clear ownership and accountability.
Required Experience & Skills • 15+ years of technology experience, with 10+ years in senior Technical Program Management, Program Management, System Integration or equivalent leadership roles. • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-system and multi-vendor digital transformation programmes. • Strong global experience working with multinational, multicultural and geographically distributed teams; Middle East/GCC experience is highly desirable. • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with proven experience engaging CXOs, steering committees and senior customer leadership. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration across cloud, data, AI/ML, applications, infrastructure, DevOps and cybersecurity. • Ability to engage technical specialists, ask the right questions, challenge recommendations and make informed programme-level decisions without needing to be the hands-on engineer in every discipline. • Proven experience in programme governance, risk and dependency management, change control, supplier management and executive escalation. • Strong knowledge of the full SDLC and Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, analytical, documentation and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Project/Program Management or a related discipline. PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, TOGAF, Azure or other relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
