We're Hiring – Senior Pre-Sales Consultant (Banking & FinTech)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Consultant – Banking & FinTech to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong banking-domain expertise and extensive experience with banking technologies, digital banking platforms, payment systems, and enterprise solutions.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked directly with banks currently using Avanza products or professionals who have collaborated with implementation, support, or product teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, BRDs, RFCs, and tender documents.

· Prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), compliance matrices, and scope documents.

· Translate business requirements into scalable and technically viable solutions.

· Work closely with sales, engineering, product, project management, infrastructure, and information security teams.

· Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations to clients.

· Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

· Manage multiple opportunities and proposal submissions while adhering to strict deadlines.

Requirements

· A minimum of five years of experience in banking, fintech, digital banking, business analysis, solution consulting, product management, or pre-sales.

· Strong understanding of digital banking, payment switching, mobile banking, internet banking, ATM and POS systems, cards, middleware solutions, customer onboarding, and CRM platforms.

· Experience with APIs, core banking integrations, deployment environments, high-availability architecture, and disaster recovery planning.

· Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and technical writing skills.

· Other banking and payment solutions

Educational Qualification

· A bachelor's degree in Computer Science is mandatory.

· Relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
