Payment Operations and Chargeback Specialist

EccentricOne is a Karachi-based IT company working with international clients. We are hiring a specialist to own our cross-border payment operations: merchant accounts, multi-currency reconciliation, and chargeback disputes.

Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday, on-site at Main Shahrah-e-Faisal. Fixed day shift, no rotation, no night hours. Salary: PKR 80,000 to 90,000 per month.

What you will do

• Handle chargebacks, payment disputes and transaction failure investigations end to end
• Manage and monitor merchant bank accounts and payment gateways daily
• Process and reconcile international transactions across multiple currencies
• Reconcile client payments against invoices and flag discrepancies
• Prepare international billing statements and monthly reconciliation reports
• Coordinate with international clients and payment processors to resolve transaction issues
• Support withholding tax calculations on foreign remittances and keep documentation audit-ready under FBR rules

What you need

• 2 to 5 years in accounting or finance, focused on international payments
• Hands-on chargeback and dispute resolution experience
• Experience with merchant bank accounts: processing, monitoring, reconciling
• Familiarity with Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise or similar gateways
• Multi-currency accounting and FX reconciliation
• Strong Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial tracking
• Available for the 10 AM to 7 PM shift, Monday to Saturday, on-site

Nice to have

• ACCA, B.Com, M.Com or BBA Finance
• QuickBooks, Xero or SAP
• Foreign remittance compliance under FBR guidelines
• Background in a software house, IT company or call centre
