Entry Level Computer Support Specialist in Lahore, Pakistan

We are a leading technology company seeking an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Lahore Pakistan As a Computer Support Specialist you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients with computer systems hardware and software issues Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients • Install and configure computer systems and applications • Maintain and update computer systems including performing routine maintenance • Provide technical support for printers scanners and other peripheral devices • Assist with network setup and configuration • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions accordingly • Document all technical support activities for future reference Requirements • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field • Strong knowledge of computer hardware software networking and operating systems • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Good communication skills in English both written and verbal • Customer service-oriented attitude Salary
