Home Room Teacher- Elementary Level

About the Role

EMS High School is seeking a caring, organized and enthusiastic Home Room Teacher for Grades 1–3. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the classroom while supporting students' academic, social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across relevant Elementary subjects. • Establish a structured, positive and inclusive classroom environment. • Manage daily classroom routines, attendance and student records. • Monitor students' academic progress and overall development. • Prepare lesson plans, activities, worksheets, assessments and classroom resources. • Communicate regularly with the relevant coordinator regarding student progress and concerns. • Maintain constructive communication with parents when required. • Ensure classroom resources and displays are organized and maintained.

Requirements • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education or a relevant field. • Previous 2-3 years of experience teaching Elementary-level students preferred. • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
