Are you a seasoned RCC (Roller Compacted Concrete) expert looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on major dam construction projects? Our esteemed client, a leading player in the construction industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RCC Expert to join their team in Pakistan. This is a unique chance to contribute your expertise to the development of cutting-edge RCC dam projects in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities: • RCC Design and Implementation: Lead and oversee the RCC design and implementation processes for major dam construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to guarantee the durability and integrity of the RCC structures. • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to a multidisciplinary team of engineers and construction professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring project milestones are achieved. • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to RCC construction and implement proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience in RCC dam construction, minimum of 15 years. • In-depth knowledge of RCC design principles, construction methodologies, and industry best practices. • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
Project Location: Pakistan
Salary Package: 10,000 USD to 12,000 USD Per Month + Flights and Accomodation
