Junior Security Engineer
Job Description
Title: Junior Security Engineer Location: Lahore (On-Site)
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in penetration testing or application security.
Key Requirements:
-Good understanding of web and mobile application security concepts and common attack vectors

Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies and vulnerability assessment

Good understanding of networking fundamentals and common security vulnerabilities
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills

Solved majority of PortSwigger Web Security Academy labs
Certifications:
Nice To Have:

eJPT (eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester)

HTB CPTS (Hack The Box Certified Penetration Testing Specialist)

PNPT (Practical Network Penetration Tester)

Any other relevant cybersecurity certifications
Responsibilities:

Perform web, mobile, and API penetration testing

Conduct vulnerability assessments and validate security findings
-
Document security findings by preparing clear proof of concept, remediation recommendations, and comprehensive penetration testing reports.
