We are seeking a fresh MBBS graduate to join our team as a Virtual Medical Scribe. In this role, you will work directly alongside U.S. physicians during live virtual consultations, providing real-time clinical documentation support — a strong first step into U.S. clinical workflows early in your medical career. Key Responsibilities
• Provide real-time documentation during live virtual consultations with U.S. physicians
• Prepare SOAP notes and HPI (History of Present Illness) summaries
• Maintain accurate Electronic Health Record (EHR) updates, lab orders, and prior authorizations
• Ensure all documentation adheres to HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
• MBBS degree (fresh graduates strongly preferred)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflows
• Comfortable working U.S. time-zone-aligned shifts
• Able to work full-time, on-site in Rawalpindi
