Cold Caller / Business Development Rep — Healthcare Staffing (Remote)

EZ Staffing Solutions is a healthcare staffing agency specializing in placing Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) at outpatient clinics across the United States. We're growing quickly and looking for a driven cold caller to help expand our client base.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Cold Caller / Business Development Rep to make outbound calls to physical therapy clinics across the US, identify hiring managers, qualify their staffing needs, and book discovery calls with our team of closers. Your job is to be the tip of the spear — generating warm leads that our closers convert into signed clients.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls per day from our target list of PT clinics

• Follow a proven script to qualify hiring needs

• Identify decision-makers (clinic owners, regional directors, hiring managers)

• Book qualified discovery calls into our closers' calendars

• Log all call outcomes accurately in our CRM

• Follow up on prospects who need more nurturing

• Report daily activity metrics

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable

• Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours (9am-5pm ET)

• Prior cold calling or BDR/SDR experience preferred

• Healthcare industry familiarity a plus (not required)

• Comfortable making high volumes of dials daily

• Not easily discouraged by rejection

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

• Own laptop/computer with headset
