IT & Technical Manager

F. Link Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible IT & Technical Manager to manage the company's IT infrastructure, technical systems, devices, networks, and day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities • Ensure minimum technical downtime to support uninterrupted business operations. • Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktop PCs, printers, and LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs, company’s internet connectivity and network performance. • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and required applications. • Manage Google Workspace, user accounts, permissions, and company email accounts and have knowledge of email authentications and domain and hosting issues, DNS Records etc. • Monitor antivirus, firewall, IT security tools and implement regular data backup and recovery procedures. • Maintain proper records of company IT equipment, devices, and technical assets. • Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors when required. • Report major technical issues, security concerns, and equipment requirements to management.

Required Qualifications • Strong knowledge of IT support, system administration, or technical management, computer hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and VPNs, Google Workspace and user accounts, Windows operating systems and common business applications, cybersecurity, antivirus, firewalls, data backup, and access control. • Ability to manage IT issues and basic electrical issues independently and respond quickly to technical problems. • Knowledge of CCTV, Time Attendance systems, access control, printers, and other office technology.

Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift) Location: IT Department, F. Link Pvt. Ltd.,Allama Iqbal Road, Garhi Shahu, Lahore

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
