We build AI-powered products for specialty healthcare clinics and PE-backed portfolio companies, and we're growing into the next phase of our roadmap: automation agents and RAG-based chatbots running on real production infrastructure, not demos.We're looking for an AI Engineer (Full-Stack) to join us onsite in Pakistan.This is not a "call an OpenAI API and wire up a chatbot" role. You'll design agent workflows, build retrieval pipelines over real operational data, and own the infrastructure those systems run on, from the frontend down to AWS in production.What you'd need:→ 5+ years production experience, comfortable in both Node.js/TypeScript and Python→ React/Next.js on the frontend; Django, FastAPI, or NestJS on the backend→ Real AWS experience: ECS Fargate, ALB, Lambda, RDS, Terraform→ Hands-on LLM integration via Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI→ RAG architecture experience: embeddings, vector search, retrieval tuningBonus points for MCP tooling, agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI), or experience in regulated/compliance-heavy domains.We're a lean, senior team that ships for real clients, not one that sits in a research queue.
