Fincera is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Handler/ Lead Generation Executive to strengthen our digital presence. If you are passionate about creating engaging content, growing online communities, building brand awareness, generating potential leads, and having conversations with leads for brand engagement and forwarding to the concerns sales

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms).

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, along with performance marketing.

• Content writing for all social media platforms.

• Design and coordinate creative visuals, reels, videos, statics post and complete IMC.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, performance marketing and promotional activities.

• Monitor trends and create relevant content.

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports across all platform.

• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (Fresh candidates with an outstanding portfolio are also encouraged to apply).

• Content planning and calendar management

• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, cap cut or similar design tools.

• Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.

• Excellent English and Urdu writing skills.

• Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Paid social media campaign knowledge.

• Basic photography/videography skills.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.

• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
