Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with US-based truck drivers and carriers, finding profitable loads, negotiating rates with brokers, and ensuring smooth transportation operations.

Responsibilities • Find and book profitable loads using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop. • Negotiate rates and terms with freight brokers. • Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and shippers. • Coordinate and monitor loads from pickup to delivery. • Plan efficient routes and help minimize empty miles. • Handle rate confirmations and dispatch-related documentation. • Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and driver information. • Build and maintain professional relationships with brokers and carriers. • Resolve delays and other issues that may arise during transportation.

Requirements • Previous experience as a sales representative in Trucking Industry • Knowledge of the US trucking and freight industry. • Strong English communication and negotiation skills. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards is a plus. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup. • Willingness to work according to US time zones.
