π Location: Karachi - Saddar - onsite
π° Salary Budget: PKR 400,000β500,000 per month vp/svp
π Education: Bachelorβs degree from an HEC-recognized university/institution
πΌ Experience: 12β15 years of relevant banking experience
πΉ πππ ππππππππππππππππ:
β’ Develop and execute retail product proposition strategies aligned with the bankβs business growth, customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability objectives.
β’ Manage the complete product lifecycle, including proposition design, business cases, product launches, performance monitoring, enhancements, and rationalization.
β’ Develop differentiated customer propositions for Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Term Deposits, and other retail deposit products.
β’ Analyze customer behavior, portfolio performance, acquisition opportunities, cross-selling potential, customer attrition, and product gaps.
β’ Drive product innovation through competitor benchmarking, market research, and the development of new products, features, bundles, and campaigns.
β’ Collaborate with Digital Banking and Technology teams to improve digital account opening, customer onboarding, servicing, and self-service capabilities.
β’ Work with Retail Distribution, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to develop targeted acquisition campaigns and drive business growth.
β’ Establish and monitor product performance dashboards and KPIs, including deposits, CASA mix, customer acquisition, profitability, activation, attrition, and campaign effectiveness.
β’ Ensure product governance and compliance with SBP regulations by coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.
β’ Lead product training, sales enablement, and branch-level guidance to ensure effective implementation across the retail banking network.

β’ 12 -15 years of relevant banking experience.
β’ Strong expertise in Retail Product Management and retail deposit products.
β’ Good knowledge of Roshan Digital Account (RDA) and SBP regulations.
β’ Proven experience in product strategy, proposition development, and product lifecycle management.
β’ Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience in digital banking, portfolio analytics, and product performance management.
