𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞: VP

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 10+ Years

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: PKR 600,000–800,000/month

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Develop and execute the Employee Banking strategy

• Build and manage relationships with key employers and strategic partners

• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth

• Lead employer onboarding, due diligence, and contract negotiations

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Partnership teams

• Monitor KPIs, ROI, and employer portfolio performance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Employee Banking, preferably within banking

• Proven experience managing large-scale employer partnerships

• Strong understanding of digital banking, payments, APIs, and fintech models

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
